RETURNS & REFUNDS
At Another Chance, we believe in creating pieces that are made to be valued and worn for years. Each bag is handcrafted using reclaimed materials, making every creation inherently unique.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, please contact us at customers@antr-c.com within the applicable withdrawal period, clearly stating your intention to withdraw.
MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Made-to-order products are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal.
The statutory withdrawal exception applies to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, where the applicable legal requirements are met.
Standard designs produced after an order is placed may remain eligible for withdrawal.
RETURN CONDITIONS
Returned products should be handled only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
We ask that products be returned carefully packaged, preferably with their original packaging and accessories.
Customers may be responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
RETURN SHIPPING
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning an item following a change of mind, provided this information was communicated before purchase.
Please contact us before shipping your return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.
REFUNDS
Where a valid right of withdrawal is exercised, eligible refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned product or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent it back, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.
Standard outbound delivery charges will be refunded where legally required. Additional costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method may be excluded.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at customers@antr-c.com with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs where helpful.
Your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection legislation remain unaffected, including rights relating to products that do not conform to the sales contract.
THE NATURE OF UPCYCLED MATERIALS
Our products are created using reclaimed garments and materials. Variations in colour, texture, fading and signs of previous use are part of their individual character.
These characteristics are not necessarily defects, but this does not limit your statutory rights where a product does not conform to its description or the contract.
