At Another Chance, every piece is created with care and attention to detail. Our bags are handcrafted in Italy from carefully selected reclaimed garments, giving each creation its own unique character.
ORDER PROCESSING
Ready-to-ship items are prepared for dispatch within the timeframe indicated at checkout.
Made-to-order pieces are individually crafted following order confirmation. Production generally takes approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on the model, material availability and production schedule.
Please note that production timelines are estimates and may vary due to the artisanal nature of our process.
SHIPPING
We offer domestic and international shipping to eligible destinations.
Available shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout before payment.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees may apply.
